ok i got a 91 tsi talon, and i use to love it but know im just not very happy with it anymore, i just feel it isnt living up to its potential, and i want to know what i can do to get the horse power back up some more to where im happy agian, ok now this is what i have done, 16g turbo, dump pipe, 2 1/2 inch down pipe, 2 1/2 stright throug exhaust with high flow cat, upper intercooler pipes, 2g throttle body elbow, magnecore 8.5mm plug wires, dejon tol intake pipe w/k&n and removed honey combs, hallman boost controler running 13 psi, ported exhaust mainfold and turbo inlet, cant remember anything else. ok i was thinking fuel upgarde next, fuel pump, injectors and s-afc, but will it make that big of a difference, let me know what u guys think. open to sugestions right now. need to go faster! LOL thanks for the help. :thumb:

That'll help. Once you get the pump, injectors and s-afc, then you can crank that 16G up some without worrying about blowing up your motor. You should consider getting a FMIC also just to reduce your chances of detonation.

I wouldnt run that 16g at 13psi thats for sure! haha. The fuel mods would be the place to go. Turn that boost up and tune that sucker for sure!!!

Dude, I felt the EXACT same way until I got to where I could start tuning. After that pain is over you will notice a different car. Our cars are SICK! I was going to sell mine, until I did some tuning.

What I would tell you to do is:
1. Get your fuel issues taken care of: Walbro 255, 550's/660's, SAFCII, and Afpr.
2. FMIC.

Tuning is the most important thing you can do for real power. You can do bolt on's all day. When you tune it in...look out.
