If you haven't taken the old one out yet, you can scribe a line across to the head to have a reference point to get you close. Nobody I know of can throw in a CAS at the exact proper ignition timing, so you will have to time it.

When you are putting it in make sure the engine is at TDC. You'll know this when the camshaft dowel pins are pointing up.

When you put the CAS in, make sure the marks line up.

That's as close as I could find. That is ~150 degrees out, you'll want to spin the part that goes into the camshaft so that the other side lines up with the dot on the edge. Once it is lined up, put it in. You will probably have to wiggle it a little bit to insert it into the camshaft.

Snug it down some. Now you will follow the instructions for setting the ignition timing,
Engine Timing
completely tighten down the CAS, check the timing one last time, and have fun with your car again.

If it doesn't start at all and you know the CAS is good, you have gotten the dots backwards. Here is a tip, test to see if the CAS is good by spinning it with your hand with the key on. The spark plugs and fuel injectors should go. Don't do it too many times, or something will probably blow up.
