2G Non-LSD vs LSD Pumpkin...whaaaat?

Maybe I'm useless, but I cannot find the info I am looking for...

Background:
I have a 2G LSD rear diff currently installed, a 2G non-LSD diff (with axles), and an EVO 8 LSD rear diff (with axles). I am planning on doing the EVO 8 swap into the non-LSD pumpkin but I do not have the diff cover for the 2g non-LSD pumpkin.

I am curious if anyone knows if the 2G-LSD diff cover will fit on the 2G non-LSD diff?

I only need to switch the cover, everything else will be non-LSD pumpkin/axles with the EVO 8 LSD internals. I do believe there is an issue with the non-LSD axles being slightly to short for the EVO 8 internals but I will investigate and document when I am in there...plus I have an abundance of axles I can mess around with.

But first I need to know if that LSD cover will work on the non-LSD pumpkin without tearing into the diff and taking the car off the road.

Yes, the LSD cover will fit on a non-LSD diff. The only difference is the sticker code. I'm using a non-LSD cover on a LSD with a new custom sticker.

AWESOME!! Thank you sir. I was looking and looking for a non-LSD cover with zero luck.

Found this in the FSM but wasn't sure if it was accurate....but I guess it is. Thanks again man.
