I have 2.5 turbo back and hard IC piping, on my tsi, big J-pipe, big elbow. nothing else is modded but a hks bov, My friend told me to hook the actuator up to intake manifold vac/pressure so the boost would say around 8-9 and i T'd it in to the BOV vac line and its still getting 18+ psi and cutting.. any help would be great

if you t'd into your bov vacuum line then your bov is staying wide open during throttle for starters. for another thing, if its fuel cutting remember that it's not that your not getting the approximate air/fuel ratio...which happens to be metered by the maf sensor. check your maf and make sure it isn't dirty/broken. however you shouldn't be coming close to hitting the psi you are if your bov vacuum is t'd in with your wastegate vacuum. check for boost leaks.

Your bov and maf really have nothing to do with it. Under throttle your bov is definitely wide shut to be getting up to 18psi. I agree with ranger, check to make sure your wastegate is opening up as it should, if the rod on the actuator gets bent its possible it may longer be able to open the wastegate, which was the case for me once where I replaced the actuator. Also, if you have a boost controller hooked up between your manifold and actuator make sure its hooked up correctly. Hooking it up backwards results in 0 boost control.

it was the waste-gate flapper. I installed a big one and the creep whent away :) thanks for the help.

My bov wouldent stay open, its hooked to manifold vacume right from the factory. T'ing in to it wouldent do anything but spread its vacume to the actuator.
