Noise

Wussup guys im new here but i have a question bout my Gs. It already has a bad computer and im going to replace that but there is a noise that makes a whistling noise out the exhaust and sounds turbo and when i floor it all it does is sputter. What could this be of?

what year is your car? if its a 97, go with an AF/X race computer instead of replacing it wiht a stock one
