I wanna get a set of 4. Injectors for my 1g Plymouth laser everything's stock so what's the best injectors out there for my car like highest cc's ones but still on the stock fuel pump

Why do you need bigger injectors? What's is your goal for the car? What turbo are you going to run? Do you have tuning software to run bigger injectors? Your should have 450's in it now and probably a 14b right?? You can't just throw in any old injector and run the car. Your current ecu is setup to run on 450's, so if you want to change this you need a way to tell the ecu what your doing. And you also need to dial the bigger injectors dead time and global. Read more here on the ecmlink site. http://www.ecmtuning.com/wiki/basicfueladj

We'll I need new ones do to one getting stuck open and I might as well get the biggest ones I can on a stock fuel pump and ecu with no link

She had a engine swap no more turbo I no right lame

I just want the car to have more power and it needs new injectors

So what size are in it now 360-390's? And again you can't just swap injectors it won't work, I suggest finding a set of replacment injectors on the classifieds or maybe Rockauto. Why don't you tubro your 4g63 if you want more power?? Get a 14b and 450-850's injectors, walbro 190 and ecmlink, wideband and boost gauge and your car will be way faster bro!! Adding bigger injectors with no way to tune will cause you to run really rich and actually hurt performance and mpg!

If you have an automatic you have 390cc injectors and a smaller turbo, if its manual you have 450's and a little bigger turbo.

But be warned, the swap to even a 14b requires new water and oil lines/fittings. Not a bolt on affair. You may as well go 16g at that point with an install kit.

Also, to run the 450 injectors from the manual 1g, you need the manual 1g ecu -or- a piggyback tuning device like an apexi safc. The ecu will swap directly over, it has no control over the auto trans, that's why you have a tcu as well.

Hope this helps, the cheapest route would be the 450's with a used safc. That way you have some adjustability to up some boost. If you get the ecu for the 450's you'll still have to tune it to run higher boost, so you'd buy an ecu and a tuning device.

Hope this helps

Keep the same injectors until like mentioned already you need a way to tune, you still got a lot of reading up to do if you're just trying to get the "biggest" injectors

I got 400$ to blow on my car I no not that much I definitely need new injectors so I thought Id kill to birds at once kinda deal wanted to no the highest cc injectors I can get for my car with stock fuel system and no way to tune I'm just curious I got some cash to blow and suggestions on how to spend this small fortune?

Thanks!

Bruh with $400 you should get the same 390s that the computer KNOWS how to use, otherwise youll #### your car up. Search classifieds for some. And do maintenance and get an intake and new tires or something LOL you gotta crawl before you ####ing sprint for a 1/4 mile LOL

What are the stock ones then for my car not Turboed anymore. For reasons unknown it's a automatic

Haha yeah I no LOL u gotta crawl b4 u walk kind ordeal , I was also thinking a
New exhaust manifold mines got the 1g same with there restrictive maf I have right now

Thanks

here's a calculator you will find handing to have: Fuel Injector Calculator from WitchHunter Performance it will help you determine your injector size and also convert cc into lbs/hr and vis versa. it will also take your cc injector rate at an old fuel pressure and give you the new cc rating at the new fuel pressure. you will also find this compression ratio calculator helpful at well: Compression Ratio Calculator | Tools | Diamond Racing Pistons

This was part of a conversation between Blackknight2013 and i. he is helping me with some questions i have in private, but this should help with your question specifically the conversion chart links.

Really? Post #5 says what you should have in the first sentence. If you have any doubts then go look at what color the things are and google "dsm blue injector", "dsm pink injector", "dsm yellow injector".

If someone took the time to pull the turbo off the car before you bought it then they may be changed, maybe not....

Commence the spoon feeding...

Chill out Check my original post I trust u guys more than google and I've also searched for information about my injectors and got nothing I wouldn't have posted anything if I didn't need help but thanks for the information btw

So please commence with the spoon feeding... Or don't Im not hungry ATM

If anyone knows some decent things to do to my car for like 400$ ### just pm or post it on here for others ,thanks in advance

Pull a injector and post a pic bro and we can help you figure it out. Most likely you have 390's. If you have $400 to blow I would get the injectors you need and spend the rest on Pm's, you will see that $400 go fast LOL. When's the last time the timing belt was done? Id be lookin at doing this before anything else, timing belt kit, water pump, any seals or gaskets you can change while its apart and some new belts!

I know you mean well so i'm not gonna give you too much flack.I'm just gonna correct you a bit.

1g auto is 390s on 43 psi of fuel pressure.Id call them grey tops
1g manual is 450s on 38 psi
1g 5 speed injector is a blue top single spray pattern 450 on 38 psi.The 2g black top injector is a dual spray pattern on 43 psi.

Yellow tops and pink tops are jdm,And start at 510ccs.

Now with a 1g auto, there are two mods that dont require an aftermarket tune. A 5 speed ecu and the 450s,with manual fpr, should do the trick. And the always popular 550 injector and a 2g maf.

With any 1g auto,a 5 speed ecu swap should be a must.Even for a stock dd car.

I don't understand what you corrected me on or what I would have taken flack about. The fact I used "yellow and pink" as a reference? Lol. They were just a reference to have him walk away from the keyboard with a flashlight and see what color they are, because I know there are hundreds of posts regarding all the different colors that mitsu and its affiliates used. That was all.

This thread has been so full of uncertainty because he (op) has no idea, he says its an auto, but the turbo has been taken off... and this, and that.... so.... it could have some honda injectors in there for all we or he knows, if he won't go out and look....

Depending on the shape of your car, $400 will go quick. Go through the car and make a list of things that could be bad or are already bad and then research the cost of parts etc. It won't cover much if you have to replace multiple things.

I'll take a look tmmr if I remember right I have 2 blue ones for sure and btw yes the car has had a engine swap it used to be turbod I don't think it's a turbo block if that matters it has a new ecu and for the timeing belt it's in goodn condition I want to get some 2 g parts for like better flow but I'll take a pic tmmr my dads got an injector at his work he's gonna give me tmmr he said its for a nt talon son lets hope that solves my bad injector issue

### then I won't need new injectors

Sounds like a small bit of a nightmare. I'd "assume" they pulled the turbo and swapped ecus and thats it. I don't know if anyone would go through the trouble of doing the full motor swap when its pretty much as simple as pulling the turbo and the ecu swap. Makes you wonder why the turbo was taken off in the first place..

Also, all 4 injectors need to be the same.

Looks like a completely stock 4g63 na with a turbo cluster... if its all correct the injectors are 240cc's. You still can't tell by the injector picture you posted. Since all it focused on was the connector. Get a flashlight and tell us the color, game over.... its that easy.

+1 just take them off and quit wasting time, you gotta replace them why not take them off and get the correct replacements no guessing??? :p

So, in other words, replacement stock injectors. With a whopping $400 budget you should focus on repair and maintenance.

You do not have a turbocharger, that is an NA manifold hanging off the front of the engine. Please update your profile to avoid future confusion for those trying to assist you.

I took a look at my injectors there b390c all of them I have a replacement in my hand right now that my dad had at the dealership throwing it in tonight I temporally fixed my 3rd injector for a week and now it's dead again so in swapping it hopefully I. Won't need a full set of injectors but will have to see

There b390L's oops
