First off, when I say no power, I mean no electrical power.

We bought this 91 Talon TSi to be a winter car and after getting the thing all put back together i dropped in a battery and nothing.

Battery came out of my personal running talon, was fully charged but I get no dome lights or anything.

I checked the 3 fuses in the positive battery cable, I checked the fuses under the hood in the fuse box, I installed a new battery ground cable, nothing.

Not sure what to check next.

With a multi-meter, check if you are getting voltage to your accessories, such as you power windows etc. If your not getting any voltage, than you have a bad connection somewhere, or its short to ground.

I will have to look at my manual to see what you have. I'd say most likely open circuit. A short would be followed with acrid smoke. Usually fuses are the culprit. If you had the motor out, check all your connections real good. Sometimes an accessory wire gets left off in the fray. I'm going to look and see if it has fuse links or not. Fuse links look like wires but are designed to burn in two when a short circuit is made.

Good Luck
