Okay, so after checking the starter and charging the battery the car still will not start. I go to turn the key to the ACC position and hear clicking coming from the engine bay area (I will be locating it later), and when I go to turn the key to engage the starter I can feel the starter relay click (I have the radio taken out). I have no idea even where to begin, as I have already tested the starter and watched it work myself at Autozone, and have ruled out the battery. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!!

As Dstar said ^^^ and a good ground going to it.

I already have

Im getting power to everything else, and nothing but the starter seems to be affected. If I could jump the start, would that be evidence of good power to it?

I tried to jump it and there isnt any movement, just a high pitch, very low volume tone

And after looking further into and other issues that are similar to mine, could it be the ignition switch?
