No spark, oil pres., or fuel

I am the owner of a 95 Talon Tsi AWD. I just rebuilt the engine and put in a balance shaft eliminator kit. I went to start the car and all it did was crank. I used a diode light tester to test the injector connectors, and the light didn't go on. I tested for spark, and there was none. My instincts are telling me that it is my ECU. The only sensor I've replaced is my Crank Position Sensor. I've checked all the grounds and they're fine. I'm clueless and desperately need help. Thanks.

Did you connect the coil plug at the back side of the engine? I'd check for something not connected... If the ECU worked before, it should still work unless you pulled it too???
