no power in closed loop?

What are some things that might cause a lack of power situation in a closed loop setting. It seems like my 95 gs-t loses like 25 percent or more of its power after the car gets into closed loop. What arte some sensors or problems that can effect this? Any help would be highly appreciated Thanks>>

Have you checked your front o2 for proper fluctuation.

adams a wisemen so +1'ing him is a bit ridiculous, i don't think you need reassurance that he knows what hes talking about. i figured id explain a little bit about the difference between open/closed loop so you can understand why, but that front o2 sensor definitly effects your closed loop operation.
in open loop the ecu assumes how much fuel is really going to the engine and it also assumes accurate airflow data as well and uses nothing to verify accuracy of these readings. based on airflow data its receiving it calculates how much fuel is needed for a certain AFR depending on rpm and load on the motor.
in closed loop the ecu checks the AFR by watching the front o2 sensor targeting a 14.7 AFR, thats why it switches back and forth.
knowing this about open/closed loop is why adam is saying its probably your front o2. more than likely your front o2 isn't cycling causing a rich condition which would definitely make you lose power.
