new to ecu tuning

im new to the tuning of my ecu and wanted to know if there are any good books or sites to read on understanding how the ecu works and how to tune it properly like what the fuel trims and stuff stand for what they should read how to read them things like like i would like to expand my knowledge on tuning ## ecu thanks for your time

There is a lot of good tuning info on this site. There is also alot of good info for modifying code in the ecu in the DSMEcu-Yahoo forums for the do-it-yourselfer

The amount of info in the yahoo site is kinda hard to locate but there sure is a crap load in there...
