Thanks. I use an "Eastwood" brand gravity fed sprayer (any brand will work) fed from a 60gallon 2 stage compressor (just a shop compressor). I have the compressor hose ran into the paint booth in the shop, im not sure who makes the booth but its just a steel prefab. My dad used to paint cars when i was young so I picked up some tricks here and there. In the pictures you can see the wall of the paint booth has filters on it and theres a large fan behind them for ventilation.Nice work! I'm curious what type of paint spraying setup you used. I'm planning to re-paint a few worn parts on mine this spring and just starting to do research. I used rattle cans for my replacement door cap for the original that cracked (sounds similar to yours...it's strange 95-96 are so brittle compared to 97-99's). It came out better than expected but for more noticeable pieces I feel like a gun will yield a better result.
