New clutch wont go in gear

I just replaced the clutch in my car for a new one and now that we are finished it won´t go into gear.
Weird thing is that when I start the car in first gear the car moves forward even though I am pressing the clutch.
We already bled the system like crazy.
Any ideas?

Also, is there supposed to be play on clutch fork were the slave rod goes?
I can move it with my fingers very easily.

Your clutch is dragging. Don't force it into gear!

I'd re-bleed your slave cylinder first, and if that doesn't help then you're going to need a new clutch fork and pivot ball. What kind of clutch is it?

And was the pressure plate torqued in a star pattern? While doing only quarter to half turns with the torque wrench? It is very crucial to clutch engagement and disengagement.

i had the same problem with my new clutch, it wouldint come out of gear after about 15 mins of driving it the first time it was installed. turnes out the new clutch was so strong it bent the salve cylinder rod so it felt like i was engageing the clutch all the way when i actuly wasint. it is also possible that the pedal is going way to far and pushing the master cylinder rod past the relief valve in the master cylinder past the hole thus letting fluid back in to the master cylinder. i would run through the hole system for bends or leaks, then check the slave rod foe bends. also the right way to bleed the clutch is to have 2 ppl, then have one push the pedal, then the other opens the slave bleed valve, let it leak, then close it, then let off the clutch.. repeate 6-10 times till your sure your good. also take the cap off the master cylinder and keap it full, dont let it get empty or air will get into the line. then adjust your pedal.. use this vid

i did all this.. it took my a while to figure it all out. but its working so far, hope this works

and in refrence to the fact you cant push the rod in with your finger is becuse the aster cylinder rod is being blocked by your clutch pedal rod. watch the vid and you will understand.
