Cars shifting started getting notchy the other day. It didn't want to go back into gear easily, felt like the clutch wasn't disengaging.

I have NEW:
clutch master cylinder
slave cylinder
extended slave cylinder rod
welded pedal assembly
3000lb pressure plate and street disc....all of this has maybe 4,000miles

the only thing that wasnt replaced was the rubber clutch line....well I drove the car for 4,000miles and everything seemed to have pan out. I ordered a SS clutch line but never put it on because we fixed the problem and I didn't want to take the chance of messing it up.

Well after it started wanting to be notchy going into gear I figured it was maybe time to put the SS clutch line on. So i put it on and bleed the system at the slave cylinder. Now the car doesnt want to go back into gear at all.

On a side note my cars idle was recently stumbling when I pushed the clutch in after accelerating and comming to a stop. So i narrowed it down to brake booster or ISCV. Well could either of these tie into this problem and cause it not to go into gear?

I am really tempted to pull that clutch out and put a 2600 in it. Pls help!

also would like to add the flywheel is PERFECTLY within spec i already had that fixed and it was done properly.....the slave cylinder is pushing the clutch release fork pretty far seems like its almost to the max....

only thing i can think of is the clutch pressure is jsut to much or bad clutch fork....

throughout bearing was brand new also.

I highly doubt that it is a part failure. You say you recently replaced many parts associated with the clutch fluid, so that sounds like it's the likely culprit. It's more likely that there is an air bubble in your system that is preventing the clutch fluid from actually doing its job. Solution? Drain it in small amounts until its fixed. In reality, whoever installed the parts and changed the clutch fluid probably just didn't drain all of the air bubbles out of the system, so you may have a few left in it that you need to address.

I replaced them all 4,000miles ago except for the SS clutch line......and it was working fine since till now.

I did all the work and its all been bleeded pretty thoroughly and is all brand new fluid.
