No what I honestly ment Ray, was if I puchased them, and then later a revised better version came about for a similer price I would kick myself for not waiting. On the other hand I want to purchase them to help insure there's enough people to make this worth it for you.

In short I think im going to wait. BUT I WILL be purchaseing a set eventually.

I am also interested. A awd full bushing kit sounds cool. btw why did you decide to help out the 1g guys? it seems latelty that everything being made for the 2g and evo guys. Does this mean that the 1g is gaining more part support? Thats good since I rebuild my engine and I am looking to upgrade my full suspension. so far I replace the control arms, spring shocks and install a ingalls rear camber kit. i am looking to replace all the bushings or any old rubbery part 17 plus year old car you know the suspension is shot. I sometime wish us old import guys has the same support like honda and the nissans you can get any aftermarket suspension part your heart desires. you can still get upgrades suspesion part for a datsun 510 thats just sick.

There isn't a full kit yet, but I am moving forward with the current offerings. If you want in on what I have for the posted price above, PM me soon as tomorrow the material goes to the machine shop and off we go. There will be a new thread started tomorrow to confirm all the details.

Good luck with your rebuild,

Ray

throw me on the list for a set.. you got me hooked and i cant wait to get them in. really need to work on the handling and overall ride of the car, ive finally made it fast and relia... well i wont say it because something will break... im also willing to be a test subject... PM me and we can talk about details

Thanks to the Mods for re-opennig this thread!! So, I installed a full set in my twincharged car last Thursday night, I've sent out 3 sets to people, Please let me know how it works.
On the intall, The bushings across the rear diff mount are really in there tight, I have a 30,000 psi press and should have warmed them by the fire a bit before I got after them. The fronts came out in the usual fashion, smoke wrench and an air chisel. Be careful not to damage the sub-frame with the chisel as the bushings are a snug fit. Install write-up is coming.

Ok guys,
So these are a done deal, I have a box of these sitting here with names on them. 2 ppl have followed through with me, how about everyone else? I don't need 10 sets for my car......

Got mine a few days ago. They look top notch. Can't wait to get them on. I'll stay tuned for the write up.

after 205,000 miles i think my DSM needs a full set

so i will check back for a full set soon.

Any projected release for the full set? (Im not rushing your or anything like that, I just have my whole suspension dropped right now) Is there anything you plan to not make? Any tie rod end bootie things? I need to know what I should get poly-urethane of and what to wait for from you.

Any durability issues for DD? What about sliding on snow and whatnot?

JrCRXHF, I am in a situation here where I'm not going any further out on a limb until I sell what I've already made. I've got $1500 worth of parts sitting here and if you want a set you should order them. I will add to the offering once this set of parts is sold. I have a limited budget and can't afford to go nuts but next on the list is front lower control arms.

Smitherines, See answer above, I would like to have a full set offering in a year, but it all depends on the communities interest between now and then. My suggestion is get them while you can. While I will always be able to make more, in the future I may consider only doing group buys so I know I have committed buyers.

drivemusicnow, As it stands right now 6 people backed out of their original verbal agreement to buy a set. This has slowed the production of the Front control arm parts and Engine mounts. So if you want some I got 'em.

To those that followed through, Thanks for your support, I will be looking into the next parts shortly put the word out....

Ray

So in other words, you are selling these in stages? Once one stage, that being these subframe mounts are sold (10), then you will start producing the front lower control arm bushings, then once those were sold out, then youd move on to a new set, while still producing these sets?

Kinda confusing huh? Just trying to get a basic understanding of your game plan, so I know how to go about allotting my money this project. Just for times sake, Ill have to go with the polyurethane for now as I need to get my car back up ASAP, and my bushings and SHOT. Since Id like to get these, what are polyurethane bushings resale value after about 15k miles? LOL

Yep you have it right. Sorry for making it so complicated but I'm not wealthy enough to go "whole hog". I hope to have the front control arm stuff rolling for end of May release.
I'd say go for the black urethane, they'll still look good in a few months should be able to get 50-75% ROI. The DD street guys will always like the urethane better than the hard plastic, highway noise increases as bushing material gets harder.

I really need the rear subframe bushings! Do you have any sets left???

Keep me posted when those LCA bushings come out! :thumb: (finally I can post in here!!)

I actually need to order my bushings now, do you have any in stock? How much are they shipped? I need them ASAP.

I need a set ! do you stil have any left? pm me if you do.

Best regards /A
