1G needing info on 1g cams

Hello I'm still learning a lot about the 4g63 and I need to know about the differences between all the types of cams from 90 to 94 how to tell them apart and what ones are swappable with what motors

Thank you, I have a 91 gs turbo auto with a little rust on a cam cause because the oil cap seal was no good but all it got was the cam. Just one and I have several other cams from other motors but I don't know what cams can go in that head

But it should be the intake cam that caught the rust, so it will have to be a intake cam to go back in

I can the type c cams for a spare can I just put the type c intake cam in its place?

If you check the link I posted above, It has a listing and other links, on the ABC cams.

If you have just light surface rust, you can pull the cam out and wire brush or scotch brite the cam and clean it and re-install.

If it is pitted then it is junk.
