1g needing help

i just got my build done and something is wrong....its only revving to about 3500 to 4000 rpms...almost acts like it has a 2 step on it but doesnt....its idling funny as well...im at a loss and dont know what this could be....is it possibly ignition timing? or something else.......

Is your maf plugged in?
Are you getting spark on all cylinders?

my maf isnt plugged in no .....would that cause it to only rev to about 3800 rpm even on 3/4 throttle?

Sounds like an ignition issue to me.

would u think ignition timing?

I would check all your ignition components first,When my coil pack went bad I couldnt get past 35k without it sputtering and spitting at me.

also make sure all your hoses are tight and you have no leaks
