Need the fmic top bracket, where can i get it?

Ok, so i have this kit from godspeed:http://www.godspeedproject.com/mitsubishi-eclipse-95-99-gst-gsx-intercooler-kit-version2?filter_name=gsx , and i dont have a way of mounting it to the brackets where to bumber reinforcer was, my quetion was where can i get a backet like the one in the picture to mount the fmic?

You can got to you local Hardware store and by a stick of 3/16 or 1/4 x 2" alum flat bar and bend it to the shape you need then drill your mounting holes! then finally trim it to length Save you a little cash plus you can adjust it just a bit more!! easy to do and works great!
