Need Opinions on Stroker Motors 2.1 and 2.4

Right now I am not sure what stroker motor to use, the 2.1 or the 2.4. Currently my setup is: Holset HX40, FMIC, 850cc, Walbro 255, FP2 Cams, 3in Exhaust, AFC, MAFT, Fuel Pressure Regulator etc... I would like my car to be street but also compete at the track. So I would really appreciate it if you guys would give me your opinions.

In my opinion, nothing can beat the 2.1. Has a little more displacement yet you can rev it high while it begs for more. Properly setup it can take one hell of a beating as well. It has the Manley I-beam rods with Ross or Wiseco at 9:0:1 compression so it is still very streetable.

The 2.4 is still a very good motor. I am just partial to high revs. This is going to spool your Holset a little quicker. As for horsepower both of capable of high horse. It all depends on what you want and what you are building for. Not too sure if this helps at all but I gave my opinion.

Do you think that $900 is worth .1 liters of displacement? It's pointless to rev it any higher than a 2.0, the valvetrain is the limiting factor regardless of which bottom end you choose.
