Need mods, seeking help, need suggestions

Well i have about a grand to spend, the problem is, i have no idea what i should buy. I want something that will either reliably add power to my car, or make my car safer or more reliable. I just completed all basic maintence (oils,lubes,timing belt + accessories,water pump,all fluids) and im stuck on what to get next.

the only thing i can think of is a full 3" turbo-back exhaust, but i dont really think its that necessary and i dont like being loud. (cops here are ridiculous, you cant even rev past 2000rpm with an apexi N1 without getting a ticket for speeding/wreckless driving, and yes...im dead serious.) please help! i might buy an evo III turbo and sell this flawless tre big 16g, but then i would still have like the exact same money i started with and i cant get rid of it! , i cant think of anyone else that CANT spend more money on their car. i need a good route and i dont want to do anything internally because i have that all planned for the end of the year.

Prothane Motor Mounts?
Sybroski shift kit + tranny stabalizers?
New intake manifold?

If you don't have to worry about emissions, I'd say look into some new cams. The 272s are nice, but you might be better off going a little less extreme and getting the 264 cams, so your car will idle a little smoother.

Get a fluidyne. Not for power but for reliability. You will need a new radiator sooner or later so why not get it now while the funds are availible.
