Need suggestions/help..

So about two weeks ago i was on a local highway and all of a sudden my bottom end starts vibrating violently. Got new plugs and wires, spark wasn't the problem, so i did a compression test. One of the cylinders had 0 compression. I'm thinking headgasket or valve problem. Btw i'm also sure i have coolant in my oil return line. Can't be good....i'm open to advice.

A valve problem wouldn't leave coolant in your oil. Drain the oil and see if you have chunks coming out. Sounds like a head gasket. Check the plugs to see if they're wet, or take a qtip on a stick and put it down the spark plug hole into the cylinder with no compression to check for coolant. An easy way to check the valves would be to pull the valve cover.
