1G Need injector help asap

Well i screwed the pooch. I installed my pte 1000cc injectors and didnt realize the flared end made a difference and blew out all the seals i put on(stock). Is there something i can do without grinding this down or i am i stuck macining them and buying the stm kit?

I need to get it back and running asap

Pte injectors should use oem seals and shouldn't need to be machined to work.

By stock do you mean you are reusing the seals that were on your car previously? If so then reusing seals isn't ideal because they the seals become hard and brittle and they can shatter easily and can be a source of a bossy leak, you should be able to get a set at an autoparts store for pretty cheap

Pte and Fic injectors are both based off a rochester injector. The pte insulators are almost stock size and won't fit the head when installed. What you need are the blue fic seals. http://www.dsmtuners.com/threads/pte-injector-with-lip.482015/#post-153451377

Drove out to the shop and grabbed a pair of fic injector seats and all good.

Yes sir. I'm still saving up to get the fuel line and regulator. I've had 1150's for 3 months and haven't been able to put them in the 90 yet

You just need the afpr if you have the pump... no need to change lines
