I have a 96 AWD with around 70k miles. I will list the full mods below.
The car was running great until about a week ago. At idle the AFR would hover around 14.5-15.5. At WOT the AFR would be 11.0-11.1 2nd thru 5th gears. When I parked the car in the evening (not a daily driver) it ran perfectly fine. Now, the AFR at idle goes between 10.0-20.0 and some times out of range. Also at WOT AFR goes very lean.
The car idles fine (around 950rpm) and when cruising the AFR is around 14.0.15.5. I checked plugs to see if maybe my wideband was wacky, that is not the case plugs are showing signs of very lean conditions. I replaced the front O2, performed a BLT (all good), tried different injectors, and went over pretty much everything in general but still no luck. Please help!

Full 3” exhaust
Front mount intercooler with hard pipes
FP HTA69v3 typically run about 20lbs on 93 octane
Ported exhaust manifold and o2 housing
1200cc injectors
Walbro pump (345 i think) also hotwired with 8gauge from battery
Clean fuel filter with upgraded line to fuel rail
Adjustable FPR (42.5 with line off)
K and N fipk with FP inlet pipe
Greddy type s BOV (recirculated)
2G MAF with side and bottom screens removed
BC 272s
DSMLink V3
Wideband O2 gauge
30psi boost gauge
Dual intake temp gauge
ACT 2600 with street disk
Eibach Prokit springs
Adjustable struts
NGK BR7ES plugs
NGK plug wires
