Need help removing FP -4 AN Inline Filter

I need help removing the filter from the black fp inline filter. Any advice?
It seems to be stuck in there and i cant fit a pin or anything in it to push it threw.. Thanks

Are you able to blow it out with a little air pressure?

I don't have access to a air compressor or i would try that.
