Use inline fuel filter for pre-turbo filter??

I am wondering if it would be ok to use an inline fuel filter like the old style K&N, Golan, or the powerflow fuel filters with the 4an fittings on each end before the turbo on the oil feed line? All these filters are able to filter down to 10 microns and are made for fuel, but oil is a little bit thicker then fuel...would it still be ok to use? Let me know your input.

I'd be real concerned about it not being able to flow the oil fast enough. BUT, that's just a guess.

I wouldn't use a fuel filter to filter oil, just as you said yourself, oil is thicker.

And as mentioned in the above post, I'd be worried about the flow.

And are you useing a BB or JB turbo?
