Need help please!

4g63 n/t fwd 92 eclipse. i am running this eclipse at a local dirt track and were all supposed to be stock. ofcoarse noone is stock currently. i currently am basically stock. what is the best way to gain 20-30 horsepower? i just wanna do some head and intaken work but i need to exactly what to do.. need a wise man that knows precisely.
