ok im leaking antifreeze but dont kno from where i was loooking at an engine bay pic and i noticed in my 90 laser in the coolant resevoir there are two hoses coming outta cap one of my hoses is disconnected n pointing towards ground i was told this was the overflow hose is this true or are both hoses suppose to go somewhere

What general area is it coming from?

probably your water pump, if its leaking more towards the passenger side tire. Throw some stop leak in your radiator for a *TEMPERARY* fix, I don't really recommend you drive it all that often with a bad pump (if thats what it is).
