Need advise,, Tial wastegate or Blitz BOV causing problems when I let off the gas

The car runs awsome and pulls scarry hard but when I have it WOT and let off the gas a little, the car will studder for a second and the can hear the BOV or wastegate make a noise when this happens, Of course I know this is normal to a point, What I need to know is what can I do to make it smooth when I let off the gas from WOT, should I change the spring in my Tial wastgate etc...

Another weird thing is under WOT I can hear a ton of air blowing from somewhere under the hood, I have done a boost leak test and have none. Anyidea

Is your BOV vented? IF so, this may very well be the case, as the BOV could be leaking under full boost. Also, your wastegate could be blowing open [hard to figure, TiAL has many excellent wastegates designed with your specific pressure you're running], I'd check into a stiffer spring, unless you're having boost creep issues.

The "air blowing" noise under your hood might be the exhaust flow coming from your wastegate?

I imagine you're plenty intelligent when it comes to vehicles, so I don't mean to make it sound too overly simple, but I do want to make sure you're looking at certain details of the whole picture.

No I am not venting to atmosphere, I guess I will change the spring in my wastgate, and I know the sound is air from the wastgate, it is just a lot louder than any other I 've heard, I just wonder why, like maybee my setup is not adjusted correctly.

A waste gate only comes on when you are on the throttle, and the motor hits full boost.
A Blow off valve only comes on when you are off the throttle, and the intake system needs to release boost.

It really sounds like your BOV is releasing boost to the atmosphere after you get off of the gas. The waste gate would not make any noise when you let off the gas.

Maybe the BOV re-route connection is not tight, and some of the air is being released to the atmosphere? ...this would cause a very rich condition (making your car stutter) right after you let off of the gas; because the air escapes to the atmosphere, when the computer think the air is inside the motor

If your car is holding steady boost, then your waste gate is OK. External dump waste gates are always loud, but with a loud exhaust it's not as noticeable. If you have a quite exhaust it will seem louder. Also.... at 1st its kinda cool to hear it, but then it will stat to wear on you until it becomes annoying.

Yeah it sounds like your spring pressure is too high.

So any plans on contacting me about that junk motor you sold to me a while ago? I was able to salvage some of it, and sold other parts of it...so I'd be happy if you would refund me the difference and we could call it even.

Sounds like you have some other issues you need to take care off...
