Sputter when I turn off the car

Ok so here is my problem.

When I turn my car off the engine sputters a little bit before finally resting. If I turn it off in gear (I have an auto) it will shut off instantly. Now, I have a high idle at park and at neutral so I know that it is my ISC. Not sure if that has anything to do with it though.

I did a quick google search and they described it as a timing issue. They also went further to say that it was the engine continuing to run even without the ignition turned on. The source for the ignition would be carbon buildups on the pistons. This article also mentioned running lean, which I don't.

Perhaps my search peramiters and/or key words weren't what other people have used to describe my problem, but I know I can't be the only one experiencing this issue with their DSM.

Thanks in advance to anybody who can enlighten me further.

My car same issue, changed the throttle body because of the high idle in park and neutral no change.

Guessing I have to check all my vacuum lines to make sure none of them have any cracks in them, even though I do remember the one off my intake going to the box for the waste gate control does have cracks in it if I remember correctly.
