Looks like one from www.victoryperformance.com They make the nicest O2 housings I have seen in a longtime. They are expensive but they are super nice.

I apreciate the reply. I known it looks very similar to the ones from Victory performance, but this isn't one of them. Vitory perfomance reinforces ther housings with a connection from the main flange to the external flange.

Not knowing is driving me crazy!
