I'm still getting acquainted with my 'new' '95 GST automatic. A couple of owners back there was a plan to make it a race car and while that doesn't seem to have gotten very far I'm trying to be sure exactly what's been done before diving into diagnostic weeds. Evoscan reports the ECU is 'E4A1.' Can anyone tell me the Mitsubishi part number or whether this is a standard or flashable ECU?
Yeah I can dig in behind the radio and look at the thing but if someone knows the answer I can save having to jigger the radio into correct position again -- the car had a hard life and the console sheet metal isn't quite straight.
