Alright, I've been tinkering with the 90 Talon Tsi Awd I bought last fall, for a cheap price. Now that it moves, and runs great, I intend on pulling the motor and placing it into a new shell. The current one is rusted etc. But I'd like to know if I'm missing anything for my upgrade from stock to b16g.

1200 cc pte injectors (running e85)
walbro 255 hp rewired
fuelab apr
aem wideband o2
comp clutch stage 3 2600 strip/street
dks 272 cams
dsm link v3
evo style downpipe (i have the evo style o2 housing)
dnp tubular manifold
revised 3g lifters
FMIC( need advice on this,)
bov ( fits into my FMIC advice)
kevlar timing belt
maf(not sure on this either)

-The car has 160xxx miles, should I replace my oil/water pumps/ anything else while the motor is out of the car?
-for FMIC, i have two options. Either the VRSF FMIC, flanged for a tial bov, but they won't be in stock until late june. Or do I go the cheaper route with punishment racing? They include a greddy style BOV, and I'm not sure of the quality of this BOV, so I'm not sure.
-MAF, I will have full access to dsm link v3 so what is reccomended for my goals? I think I'll need a GM MAF for optimum power, but will any GM MAF work with the pigtail? Or is there a specific one I should use?

Goals do include:
on e85 as close to 400awhp as I can manage
atleast 12s in the 1/4
The car to work after I do all of this stuff to it :p

and final question on cam gears, will the stock cam gears work for the dks 272 cams or will I need to go adjustable aftermarket? I will return tonight to respond to any and all feedback. Thanks :)
 
When was the last time water pump/timing belt was changed?
if unknown change them.. Honestly if your having the motor out i would change them anyway.

Run speed desnity much better than a gm maf
Just need a map sensor and iat sensor that goes into your intercooler piping
