Ok soon, like in a few months, ill be parking the 92 dsm and ill begin to embark on a journey to hopefully achieve 500 whp on pump and run a low 11 to a high 10 in the quarter. Its going to be a daily driver and weekend track car. Right now i have the Magnus Intake Manifold, MAF-T, Aeromative AFPR w/gauge, Walboro 255, Tial 50mm BOV, AEM Wide Band, AEM Cam Gears, boost gauge, EGT, bucshur racing intercooler, Balance shaft eliminator kit, and a Denso radiator w/ 2 12" fans, that i am going to keep on the car.

This is a list of my new stuff that I am thinking about purchasing.

Possibly get head work

Im kinda up in the air about the clutch. I had great success before with the centerforce dual friction but i want to try something new.

Does it look like i have all my bases covered to do a good solid build.

I would stay away from SBR as much as possible. Their prices are way too high. Also you don't need both stock and revised lifters. Just the revised versions. I'd also add in a balance shaft eliminator kit.

oh yea i put both on there LOL. ill cut out the stock ones. and i also forgot that i have the balance shaft eliminator already ill update it. thanks man

i just remembered i also need a head gasket i have heard alot about different gaskets. ill do more searching before i ask any questions though.

I would strongly suggest you go and check out extremepsi.com, I was able to cut almost $100 off my rebuild order by going through them... just wanted to let you know.

And also a few others things to consider are a Clutch Fork, the Pivot Ball, SS Clutch Line.

Total about 14k with tax and dyno time and i could put a down payment on an evo which would be sweet but i kill evos bad right now. I kinda want to go faster not step backwards. Best time i have gotten on my setup now on pump was a 12.48 so i want to just open it back up and do a better build to hold more boost. When i did this motor the first time i was just getting started into turbos and dsms and i was detonating and had no clue what i was doing so i figured i would open her up, clean her out and put some nice new parts in. Maybe ill know a little more this time around LOL

Ok i have a quick question. I was looking into the FP Red and i have a couple of options. I can either get Optional Custom 3" SS O2 Housing ,

-3” 304 Stainless Steel O2 housing made for use with 20g, FPGreen, and FPRed model turbochargers. This handbuilt housing features a quick release v-band coupler for the DP connection, also features O2 sensor bung and comes with the WG dump tube included. There is plenty of clearance to remove and replace the oil filter with this housing in place. It is not necessary to remove the DP or O2 housing to perform an oil change. This housing is longer than standard style O2 housings and may be used as a “Street Pipe” without any DP installed at all for racing purposes.

this quote came from the extremepsi.com site.

or do the exhaust manifold with the wastegate mounted on it and dump it from there.

Which would be the best way to go?

If i do the o2 housing which manifold should i get?

or if i get the manifold where should i get the o2 housing?

Correct me if i am wrong but if you get the COP set up you really dont need those last 2 things do you?

your right. i saw that myself. i was wanting to get new wires and put those in. then i was like no i should just go COP and didnt ever take off the wires.

That looks like a great build. Looks a lot like mine that I am working on, except I think I will be going with an hx-40. Good luck man.

You said you wanted to try a different clutch. I would look into an A.C.T. 2600, or 2900 if needed. It is what I run and I am very impressed. It has handled all of my abuse and the extra peddle effort is not that bad at all, imo
