Ok, I have a 96 GS with a little over 150k (yeah I know, I drive ALOT)
Compression is 190-180-180-190
I'm planning on building my head up, and was wondering if there's anything I'm missing that some of you geniuses might be able to think of that I havent. I plan on, one day, low 14's or very very high 13's.
So my question is... with the following list of parts, would I safely be able to Rev up to 10k on my stock internals, If not, how high should I set my limiter to, and will my stock internals hold up under that kind of horsepower?
Mechanics
Ported/polished head, light bowl work, street/strip type job w/ ported and polished intake manifolds
valve stem seals and guides, 1mm oversized valves
upgraded valvesprings/stock retainers
stage 2 all-motor cams/ cam gears
rockers
Ignition
Plug wires and coil pack
DIS 2 ignition
also a JET computer flash
and does anyone have any idea of what kind of numbers to expect? I have a cold air intake and a cat-back.
thx
