Hey everyone how you doing. I purchased my 2g 95 tsi about 2 years ago with a b16g turbo, full exhuast and suspension work done to it. After having it for 3 days the car hit fuel cut since it didnt have supporting mods. Then we did a compression check and found the head to be junk. So in the past 2 years the car has been sitting and were finally getting around to finishing it and getting it back out onto the road. So i was just wondering if i'm missing anything that i should get. My friend who has been building dsm's for years and has work on hundreds on them said i should be good to go but i was just wondering if i should get some more things since the motor isnt completely put back together yet.

I have:
Evo 8 560cc injectors
ebay FMIC and piping
Port and Polished 1g Head
1g intake manifold
1g cam angle sensor
AFC II
gauges
turbo timer
crower 272 cams
all new gasket
new timing belt
manual boost controler
apr head studs

also got eclipse headlights and tail lights, buddy club 2 kit, and some nice rims but thats besides the point LOL

i will post some pictures up later of the build if anyone is interested.

thanks
john

I would go with some 650cc injectors instead of the 560's. Won't have to worry about maxing them out then. Also a fuel pump would be needed. A rewired 190 will be plenty good for what that turbo can put out.

If you put in a rewired FP with more flow, you'll want a AFPR with a good return line or you will overrun at idle.

I also would have gone the DSMLink route, not the AFC II, but I guess it's too late to say this, so I won't.
