New Head- Am I missing anything?

I recently jumped timing on my 93 TSi AWD which bent a couple valves so I am getting a new head. The head I am getting is from a 94 TSi. Here is a list of what I am getting so far:

Stock 1G 7 bolt head- Stock springs, valves, lifters, rocker arms, etc.
ARP Head Studs- Used, low miles, torqued once.
Webs 546/547 cams- Used
New timing belt
New timing belt tensioners
New head gasket

Here are a couple questions. First of all, I know I need alot more to complete a head swap. So what am I missing?

Next, I was going to get a cometic head gasket but I am not pulling the engine thus the top of the block will not be decked. Which would cause seating problems correct? Which head gasket would be best for me?

Please note I have yet to pull the old head.

This is my first time swapping a head so I am completely new to all this.

just get a full top end gasket kit, and swap away!

When your head is warped it doesn't always mean that your block needs decked also. Make sure you have all your sensors, and i would go with the cometic head gasket, they work pretty well under stress

Stick with a composite gasket. Either OEM or Felpro. In fact, you'll need a bunch of gaskets. Buy this: Sealed Power Z2601704 - Sealed Power Engine Gaskets & Seals - Overview - SummitRacing.com
It even includes the head gasket that you need.

And you might also consider replacing your water pump and auto tensioner if yours are old and/or worn out.

I've always used the ARP stuff. If you don't want to buy an entire bottle, this is the smallest and cheapest size available. This is also what's included with their head stud kits: ARP 100-9908 - ARP Ultra Torque Assembly Lubricants - Overview - SummitRacing.com

Good deal. Do you know what is all included in that gasket set? I couldn't find where it said what was included. The picture shown is from a V8 .

Any more kits you know of?

It's litterally every single gasket, seal, and crush washer that our engine uses. It's VERY complete. I've used that same gasket set on the last 4 rebuilds that I've done, including last week when I rebuilt the 6-bolt in my Talon.
