today, I left the house went about two miles down the road, and went inside. When I left the parking lot I noticed my turbo was not making any sound, and there was a huge loss in power.
I look up at my boost controller it was showing my vacuum at -2.5. that was at 5000 rpm. I stoped at home popped the hood pulled on the throttle no air at all coming from the bov. I pulled off the intake and looked in side the turbo while a buddy gassed on it no spool what so ever. I tried to spin the blades with my fingers they wouldnt turn at all. there was no movement in the shaft niether side to side or up and down. I checked all the vacuum lines and clamps all was good. I don't know if my turbo has finally died or if this can simply be fixed. please let me know if you can help, and if the turbo is dead what caused this to happen.....
