My tsi vs. jetta vr6

I have a 95' talon tsi with a boost gauge and a k&n filter intake, he has a vw jetta glx with the Vr6 and an intake. Im boosting about 10 psi. Do you think this is enough to beat his cause he is wanting to race for money?

i ran a jetta with my car though it wasnt in top shape and barely beat him

cause its a dsm forum..if a fellow dsm owner asks me what i think abotu an upcomming race hes is about to have i will tell him what a know....

here is a better question, why are there so many no no taboo things on this site and such a general hatred of new guys asking questions? if you dont like the question then dont answer it its not hard....using the search feature works sometimes..if you dont mind sifting through garbage for 20 mins trying to find somehitng that remotely relates

believe it or not, DSM tuning knowledge wasnt distrubted at birth, and the only way to learn is to ask questions....and i looked all over my title and it didnt say anything about DSM ownership causing a sudden swelling of asshole behavior or **** tendancies ( not directed at you 97 gs) most of the asshats here are 16 year olds that havent had there asses kicked enough...some have the knowledge but would rather slander the person asking the question instead of helping....but the few of you that due help, its appreciated..ive learned alot from lurking here and can tell who that assholes are and who knows what they are talking about

well first of all a boost gauge isn't an upgrade so i don't think u have him beat there, and the filter, wow, so many mods, i can't handle the long list, any ways good luck with that one.

And since when is a boost gauge not an upgrade? Give me my car vs. your T3 without ever knowing what the boost is set at and I'll smoke you . Knowing what your Boost is running is as important as knowing if your car has fuel, if I'm mistakin, then someone w/ something worth reading tell me.
