well i live in Cali so i cant have a turbo back *emmision laws* CaLi SUCKS! cat back i can have witch am planning to get, and what parts do you bore out your turbo? t25?

thats an easy hp to acheeve, boost & egt guage, exhaust, boost controller, safc, injectors, pump, fuel pressure regulator, intercooler piping, blow off valve, plugs & wires, and a front mount intercooler and dsm link would be a helping hand but with out datalogging software have it dyno tuned and they should be able to tune it for 250whp pretty easy. hope this helps

Bore your turbo? I'm guessing you mean get the turbo ported. Hes on a T25 anyhow, its a waste of time and money.

i recommend a 14b for that goal. I dont know the laws, but performance gains are usually tougher to get with the full stock exhaust. The t-25 may get you 250, but the power band will still be terrible.

Im not here to argue simply to get advice, i searched the forums and nothing came up, if you cant give me advice then why post? ill get some advice from another person who is not lazy enough to post there opinions :thumb:

im somewhat on a budget but not to hardcore on a budget, but would a 14b turbo run on my stock injecters fuel pump ect?

Look through these:

http://www.dsmtuners.com/forums/dynosheets.php

You can see what mods other people have vs what they put down on a dyno.

Why do you want to stick with the T25? If you are doing it to avoid the smog police consider a T28 or another stock looking turbo. Making 250hp with that will be cheaper than with a T25. I promise you will never regret loosing the T25.

Don't be afraid to search. You will get more responses to your questions if others believe that you have put some effort into finding your own answer first. Also, you will learn answers to questions you didn't even know to ask while you are searching. If you truly do not know how to search there is a red field at the top of the page. Put in the keywords you would like to try and hit "GO". Just experiment with different keywords, you will get the hang of it. Read up and you will be an expert in no time. :thumb:

Not the turbo itself, but if i had other mods helping it im pretty sure i can reach 250

I gave you the link to the upgrade path you need to take, the link to the FAQ page, and said do some reading. You say you searched but nothing came up. Im guessing you didnt even read through the material I gave you, so who exactly is the lazy one here? Sounds to me like its the one who wants to do no research, just ask people to "tell me what to do". I was only trying to help educate you on the subject so you had a little better understanding of how you "need" to upgrade a DSM. Take it or leave it, thats your choice. But if you'd actually like to learn something, I'd advise taking it.

i wouldnt slack on the fuel much that is a very inportant factor.
denso 550 injectors=$275
Apex'i S-AFC II=$250
Aeromotive Fuel Pressure regulator=$175
Walboro 255 pump=$90
you should do all this to get you there also this will make you run till above 350hp also if you want more later but it is needed to get you to 250whp on the safe side. also a 14b turbo would be enought to support you to thoes numbers also but a big186g runs about $700 or so then a install kit $100 and that will get you capable of over 300whp also so it will support you to 250HP easy with leaway.
