Hey guys I was trying to update this in my old thread but it wouldn't show the post? Its like I didn't even update it. Anyway I got into a wreck on the 17th kid sped through the school parking lot and plowed into my car destroying the whole front end like this:

The radiator support was trashed, my crash bar was busted up, my front bumper was destroyed, hood was bent to hell, both my headlights trashed and my foglights were obliterated. So my dad went to the junkyard yesterday and picked up a new radiator support I went to get paint after work and I had everything else I needed from my recent conversion and my spare motorless car (only for the moment) so we took today and started working on it and actually got it all finished :D

the paint isn't quite exact but its all I could find at AutoZone LOL. I'm really happy with how it turned out! I'm just sad my Fallen grill piece will not return  but I will be painting the logo in red on my hood :thumb:

This is the original thread with more pictures and the full story I just couldn't get a new post in there for some weird reason.

Doesn't look bad, you just need to a little more work on the driver's fender rolling it out more to run above and flush to the headlight....Great Job!

Theres a few small little quirks we've gotta work out, but at least its all back together and not sitting in my driveway destroyed (seeing that everyday hurt, A LOT) I took forever to get the hood right, the latch and hinges were bent so that took a good two hours to get right

Well it looks nice for sure, keep the hood black, but overall it looks nice great job

Yea I painted it like that the hood was green when the day started LOL. I had always wanted to do a black hood but never had the time, this gave me the "excuse" to do it haha. I think it looks so good. So yea its staying :thumb:

Very nice! Really like that grey color. Glad to hear your ride is up and running. What wheels do you have? Saw them in the original post and really like the way they look :thumb:

17" Mod Tech 451 red stripe got them on wheelfire.com shipped to me with wheels and tires for like $850 last August, so many people try to buy them off me LOL they look amazing when they're clean, but they're so dirty right now. And thanks! :thumb:

Looks amazing, how'd you straighten out the bent hood hinges? And if you got insurance for that i'm sure you got to pocket some cash doing it yourself, extra mod cash? :D

a vise can fix almost anything bent LOL. And money? I got $0... it was declared a no fault since it was a parking lot, which really sucks, otherwise I would've gotten a good chunk of change for my twisted heap LOL, so yea this whole thing was out of my own pocket and it cost me about $200 to do and it wouldve been more if I didn't already have most of the parts.

Thats awesome dude, It looks really nice for being wrecked. Was the frame bent at all? If the dumbass hit you cause he cant learn to look where he is going its his fault and you deserve some money for the damage to your car.

I've had 2 cars hit in parking lots. Both times i got paid from the other person's insurance.

Fix the gap.And whoally crap did you get that fixed quick.

Looking good tho.

Yea I've been trying to fix that gap, but that fender was always messed up even before I got the car. It only took a day to do everything which was really suprising. I just spent the past 10+ days waiting for their insurance to tell me if they were going to give me any money or not. (which I still believe I deserve some I was at a dead stop and he drove into me, plus the kid has been in more than one accident) When we took off the radiator support we found out it had been replaced before (half the spot welds weren't there) so it just goes to show this thing can take a few hits and get back up again! :D I'm just glad to have her back together again, still need to wire in the fogs though.

I finally got the Fallen symbol painted on the hood guys! and I spent all day friday cleaning her up real nice! I went to a total of 4 car shows yesterday LOL I even won a trophy ;)

The trophy reads "1st Place High School Student Class Knox Co. Schools CTE Car Show" It felt good to be able to have it fixed up after all this crap and then go out and win an award :D
