99 gsx injen intake only mod...

I know that before when i would be driving it and if I floored it, it would spike to 15 then settle down to twelve or so...
Only thing that has been done to the car since is a new slave cylinder. And I don't think that that cold affect it. I just have no idea why it doesnot spike anymore?? If i did not change anything

Do a boost leak test.

There needs to be a big sign that says "for anything boost related, do a blt and then post if that does not work".

There would so many less threads then...

It should say "for any problems, do a blt, if that tests good- crankwalk" ROFL

And you are 100% correct on this.. i would automatically assume that one would have peformed a blt before posting a thread.. As did i . i performed a test and only air i could hear is coming from the the wastegate solenoid.. right under the intake.. on the top hose which runs to the intake.. and it isnt bad at all.. i plug it up and i cant hear anything else.. should a little tiny bit of air be coming through that vaccum line? if not what is it

If you're leaking out of your wastegate theres your problem. How much are you expecting to boost, because unless you've upped it yourself its going to be pretty low.

Good point. The thing is I dont know why it would use to spike to 15 then down and now it just boost up to 10-11. Something had to have happened

So if there is air coming through that top line that goes from that solenoid does this automatically mean the wastegate is bad or could it just be that solenoid or what would mbc fix it if it is solenoid
