boost spike

hi I have a NXS boost controller and it is the ba;; and spring with the side valve in it well I don't know if it is my wastage or boostcontroler I have a stock wastage if I run just wastage I will have about 9 or 10 psi with no spike when I turn my mbc on I want it set at 20 psi well it will spike to 20psi and fall back down to 15psi and stay right there and I have no idea why can some one help me ot what do I need what do I need to fix let me know thanks this is the mbc I have NXS Manual Boost Controller 100 Rock Steady No Spiking | eBay

Have you tried running it without the boost controller connected?

It's definitely your boost controller. You basically troubleshot it yourself. Without the MBC you get no spike and with MBC you do get spike. I'd advise to swap out your MBC with someone else's to be 100% sure. A lot of my troubleshooting involves swapping out parts with friends to be sure what the problem/solution might be.

Alright I will get a new mbc then is there a diffrence in a vented one and non vented ?

I'm geting rid of my 20 $ mbc nxs one and getting a turbosmart one

You got link, so why not buy their electronic controller?

Or a halman. Haven't heard any bad things about them.
