I recently did a BLT. I took off the lines to the MBC and capped them. ( TURBOXS ) And i found a pinhole leak at my BOV flange.
When i went to go for a drive moments later my boost will continue creeping and wont stop.
It was set to 12 psi. Then i also have a cabin switch to 16psi.
The previous owner had zipties that i cut at the MBC to remove the lines. They didnt pop off or anything when i went for a drive so i don't know if that makes a difference. Theyre still pretty tight.
SO i dont know if the BLT could of broke my WGA. Or whats going on.
The turbo is a EVO III. Only like 20k Miles.
This wasn't a problem for years until i recently did a BLT.
And yes i made sure i put the lines/things back on correctly.
NOTE: I took off the BOV and the gasket seemed pretty flat. So i dont know from me taking it off and putting it back on could of resulted in a leak in between the flange and the BOV itself, if it could even cause this issue?
