I also cant figure out what this is for? Im trying to figure out my pully situation. When I looked through the box of parts I pulled off the car, I had these pullys:

-water pump pully
-crank pulley
-another pully about the size of the crank pully
-and the pully posted here

How many pullys are needed for the A/C? I have one on the compressor, and then these last two above that I dont know where they go? If you need 3 total for the A/C then I know I dont need these two pullys. It was so long ago I dont remember.

That is your AC tensioner pulley. Yes you need it. There are 3 pulleys to run your AC.

I have no idea why they tell you to use a 1g coil pack.

If you have no AC, then yes, pull all associated pulleys.

That looks to be connected to the vacuum lines that are around your IM. If you are eliminating your EGR and EVAP, then get rid of the vacuum lines, but keep that sensor plugged in so you don't get a CEL.

i already have pictures :)

I also put my FPR in that same spot.
Also, heres a pic of my transistor. If you dont wanna deal with opening the harness to make it long enough to reach the firewall, it fits nicely here (see pic). For my coil pack, I cut the bracket smaller and shoved it inside the manifold like stock.

Nick, in the last picture you posted are you sure that that fuel line is on there securely. I'm sure it is since you have it like that, just figured i would ask.

Bill

Yeah, thanks for the concern. It's on there good, thats as far as I could get it on without fear of breaking the line. I'm upgrading to SS lines soon.

Tom,
Thanks for all your help. Im not sure how you fit that FPR in that spot, in my car I have absolutely no room to fit it flush up against the firewall. I think im going to have to make a custom bracket to make it fit.

Nick,
Thanks for the ideas. As for the coil pack, did you mount it in the IM or just cut the bracket and put it in there? Im debating doing a custom bracket for the coil pack as well.

Thanks for the pictures guys!

I mounted the power transistor tonight and extended all the wires, I also relocated my MAP sensor. I mounted the emissions thing and extended the wires on that too.

here you go:

oh, i didn't mean that is your PCV, that's your vacuum source/line for your PCV. Your PCV is located on your VC.

youdo realize that if you repossituin the wires on the harnes you can make the little grounding block bolt right to the stock location of the egr valve and nothave to cut a thing
