MR109909 window cowl fasteners/screws replacement

I had my windshield replaced and not only did they do a shitty job where they have to redo the molding since it doesn't sit flush they ended up stripping both screws on the window cowl. Anyone know one that I can replace it with since they're discontinued? I'm not sure besides the two on the exterior if there's anymore I should be inspecting for damage.
