MR downpipe "updated" for FWD?

Anyone know if the Megan Racing downpipe is redesigned for FWD like they did for the AWD version?... i.e. 2.75 inlet, expand to 3" close thereafter...

I'll answer my own thread since a few "views" on it. The 2G GST downpipe is not redesigned as of this post. The inlet is supposed to be 2.5 and expanding to 3.0 after the flex. After the flex the pipe is indeed 3". It necks down to fit the catback, although mildly so.

The inlet however seems a tad smaller than 2.5, as I have a 2.5 test pipe and a 2.5 tubular o2 housing, both of which seem larger to my untrained eye. I have no accurate way to get a true measurement, so I suggest researching this further if this is important to you.

Having said all this, I'm pleased with this $99 downpipe.

too bad I didn't hear of them when I purchased my turboback
