more problems with 91 gsx n

whats up fellow dsmers... been a while since i post in here.... just an update on my idle problems.... change everything from TB, TPS, ISC, gaskets...... after replacing all of these, idle still surging.... then the ECU went.... got a used ecu and the idle got better.... so it was the ecu after all..
now i got some more rising problems.... everything was fine until i found out that my turbo 14b was leaking oil.... rebuild the turbo..... installed a boost controller.....now im not having the acceleration i used to have. everytjme i hit 9psi the car somewhat feels like i downshift and theres a popping sound..... boost gauge is reading that im having boost......but acceleration is normal or slower.... also the turbo seems to e louder or maybe i just dont notice it before......and everytime i downshif and slowly releasing the clutch the car shudders..... not to strong buy noticeable..... replace the while clutch system:...... oil gauge use to spike everytime i boosted up.... now it only stays on normal temp..... rpm keeps going down everytime i shift..... i know its supposed to go down but not when accelerating...... so heres some of my new problems..... hope you guys can point me the right direction...... more power

my idle is steady

1. boost gauge indicates im boosting up but i dont feel the boost
2. oil gauge dont o up like it used to do every boost
3. car shudder every downshift slowly releasing the clutch
4. rpm keeps going down every shift even after stepping the gas.....
5. car will hesitate and a popping sound in the engine.....after boosting to9psi

Can you be a little more precise? Is it hanging around 1500 rpms? Higher or lower? Have you checked for any boost leaks since rebuilding your turbo?

900-1000 rpm...
havent done any boost leak in the turbo. the turbo is spooling as i can hear it. acceleration during low rpm is ok but when it get to 3000-4000 rpm theres no boost. the gauge reads 11psi. i was thinking of checking the spark plugs, spark plug wire, ignition coil. also im going to check the fuel pump and fuel filter....

Change your spark plugs, and try new wires. My car acted similar when I had bigger wires in it. Stock wires/ NGK wires are the best ones to use.

i check my spark plugs and saw that there is some black deposits on the spark plugs....i wipe it iff coz i just replace them less than 2 months ago and the car felt a little better but still no acceleration
... i have an msd high conductor spark plug wires and a 1 step colder ngk spark plugs...... also check my injectors and found out that one of the injectors has a broken tip..... also the rubber rings where the injectors go to are all chipped.... its not the o-rings....
havent check the fuel pump yet.....

just an update.... i saw a loose bolt from the exhaust manifold but the bolt thread was cut cleAn... i think its inside the manifold
