90 GSX with 91 n/a 4g

I have a 1990 GSX, the PO thought it was a 1991. First things first, when he got the car it was missing 2nd gear and had a rod knock. Thinking it was a 1991 he went out and purchased a 1991^ non turbo 4g63 and converted a lot of it to turbo (oil components, manifold, injectors and throttle body, and etc.) He also had put in a 91^ transmission and linkage cables. Right now everything is installed other than the turbo, radiator, transfer case and driveshaft. now to my question that you have the run down of my car i need to figure how to wire this motor in. i have a lot of random plugs that have no where to plug into and some random wires hanging around. i will try and post some pics tomorrow.

If he has changed most of the sensors such as TPS, CAS, and ignition coil and such, then you can either switch the wires around to fit new plugs on the ends or replace the harness with a 91 model harness.

So you have a 90 GSX and your putting a 91 N/T motor into it? Or your converting the 91 none turbo motor to turbo? Your post is very vague. All you need to do is use a 1990: coil pack, power transistor, T/B, CAS, and TPS sensor, on your 91+ motor. If you have those parts. If you don't have those parts, then you need to either hard wire some stuff in, or swap the 90 engine bay harness to a 91+ and change out the ECU.

The Previous owner put the 91 non turbo motor in it and converted it to be a turbo motor just with high compression
