Quick question. My TurboXS bov leaks and someone gave me a 1g bov with this done to it. The way he had it hooked up, he had manifold vacuum/pressure running to both ports, but the way it says to do it in the vfaq is to have manifold vacuum/pressure to the top port (obviously) and nothing to the other one. How should I do it?

Ok, so I hooked it up with nothing running to the new port and it blows off just fine. But if I have it hooked up to both it doesn't blow off just fine.

Hook the regular port up to the manifold port. Have the new vac nipple that was installed hooked up to either the vac port on the turbo or on the j-pipe or somewhere on the LICP. DO NOT run the bov with the lower port hooked up to nothing unless you are running over 20psi

Why is this? BTW I'm running 18psi daily, 20psi track.
