1g crushed bov dodge garage modded 1/2 way?

Hello I recently bought a crushed 1g bov and the guy i bought it off said it had the dodge garage mod done to it also. After looking into that mod, it turns out it was /2 way done? Can you figure out why they did it like this without adding the nipple/port? The hole does go the whole way through

There isnt anything about this bov that has dodge garage evidence. The bottom port should be blocked off and a hole drilled in the side of the flange if it was a d/g modded bov. You have a regular old crushed bov there. Like said above, probably just bought another before he finished.

No Dodge Garage Mod on that valve at all.

I just filled my reference port on the bottom on my 1g bov. Seals past 30psi, super loud.

Nothing better than a Tial though.
